Multiple Ticket Submission


Please avoid submitting multiple tickets for the same issue.

Submitting duplicate tickets may delay resolution, as multiple requests for the same issue will be merged into a single ticket and assigned the most recent submission time. This can result in your request being moved toward the end of the queue.

Tickets are addressed in the order received during normal business hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Check Spam/Junk Folder

If you are not receiving replies from the Helpdesk (engineeringhelpdesk@olemiss.edu), please check your spam and junk email folder. 

If you find Helpdesk replies in your junk email folder, please right click on the email, select "Report", then click "Not Junk." This may prevent it from being flagged as spam.
